Rosencrantz and Guildenstern are... on Mars?

"No one knew how he got here, no one knew where he came from.  But after today... everyone would know his name."  

Bigfoot... Bagworm... Lord Jeoffa... Korovan Muspin... Malona the Damned...

Everyone has a name.  Everyone plays a part.

But what about the others?  What about the background characters who really haven't done anything other than to pop up in the crowd scenes only to never be seen again?

I've always been curious what the world looks like through the non-player characters' eyes.  They're the ultimate "everyman".

They're the guys (or girls) who get none of the credit and see none of the glory.  Naive to the world, but a witness to its epic events nonetheless.

Here are two of my favorites...

Who are these yahoos?  What brought them to this exact moment? And are they content in their lives knowing no one will ever hold a parade in their honor or a feast in their name?  More importantly...

What are their names?

I wonder... Maybe someday we'll have to hold a contest to find out.
